This is a spectacular cookbook for anyone who wants to improve their overall meal planning and pursue a healthy lifestyle!!!!!!!! I also appreciate the photographs and easy prep instructions. I cooked grilled vegetables and chicken with a healthy mayonnaise salad yesterday and it was a very delicious meal!!
